Tidying Thame in Force… Yet again Cornerstone Church turned out to contribute to Thame Tidy Day 2014. Every year people from Cornerstone Church don their working clothes and tidy some area of Thame. This year the church tackled the bridge near the Robin Gibbs house.
In response to an on-street questionnaire about needs in Thame community, Cornerstone Baptist Church is organising a pop-up community space at Christchurch in the Upper high street. ‘The Hub’ will run from Monday 21st October to Saturday 9th November with lots of activities for all ages.
Lighthouse Thame, a week-long children’s holiday club, supported by helpers from Cornerstone, this year registered over 960 children had over 450 local volunteers.
